They’re web-based certificates, so you’ll have your own unique URL that you can share with schools and employers and what have you. They’re a little bit more dynamic, in being able to pull greater evidence of participation and your engagement and your achievement into the certificate itself, so you’ll not just be able to see your final exam score, but also any kind of posts on the forums that you may have made, or actual evidence of assignments you’ve done, right there in the certificate. And they’ll have the ability to have LinkedIn recommendations imported into them, and they’re sharable right back onto social media: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and what have you. And they’re really slick. I’m really excited about that. • Sean Connor (Director of Community Relations): So what that adds is that you can still download them as PDFs if you want, and obviously you can print them out. But currently with our certificates now, unless you’re hosting them yourself somewhere like up on Drive or Dropbox or whatever, you can’t really directly share a link to them - you can email them, or post them on a website or something, but this will be hosted for you and is something you can do a variety of other things with.
