These are miscellaneous PBS satellite feeds from 1989. This was during the time PBS was uplinking via C-Band on Westar 4. PBS at the time had 4 feeds: Schedule A, Schedule B, Schedule C, and Schedule D. Most of the time, PBS would encrypt via Videocipher 2 as well. • The test pattern at 4:00 was edited to remove PBS's NOC number. That number is still active, and it is never a good idea to call any number on a test pattern. It may cause the feeds to encrypt.
