Our first Crossfit Pairs Competition at Crossfit Cheltenham - Competing along side Jasmine -BBQ weather! Moana the movie. • WOD's: • WOD 1 A B • Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of: • 20 Single arm dumbbell hang to overhead 15/10kg • 20 Burpee box jumps / step ups 20 • During the AMRAP the team will row 1000m for time.
