Restored NASA 1962 documentary about EMPIRE - Early Manned Planetary-Interplanetary Roundtrip Expedition. Krafft Ehricke presents a General Dynamics study of Venus and Mars orbiters and landers, using spacecraft assembled on Earth Orbit using Saturn or Nova rocket launches. These spacecraft would be powered by nuclear thermal engines (NERVA). • The video was remasted to improve color balance and stability. AI upscale (Topaz AI) was used to resample the video to full HD resolution.
