✏️ABOUT THIS CASE👇 • Patient about 32 years old with no underlying pathologies. • It presents with a spicule on the 1st toe of the right foot, caused by a bad cut of the nail, with an inflamed lateral periungual rim and a septic bag. • In this case I perform a spiculectomy and debridement of the septic bag.
