Neither brunch nor pizza night will be the same when you try this khachapuri, the sensational cheese-stuffed Georgian bread with a runny yolk center! •   • INGREDIENTS • Dough: •  100ml milk; •  100ml water; •  5g Dry yeast •  1 tsp sugar; •  1/2 tsp salt; •  300g flour; •  30ml sunflower oil. •   • Filling: •  150g Hard cheese •  150g Mozzarella •  50ml milk; •  salt to taste. •   • Also: •  1 egg; •  Butter; •  2 eggs for the filling. •   • METHOD • • Knead the dough. Leave on for 15 minutes. • Pour in sunflower oil and knead. Let rise 40 minutes. • Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out two balls and let rise again. Cook the filling. Make a flat cake with your hands and put the filling in it. • Twist in the form of a boat. Bake in the oven at 220C/430F for 15 minutes.
