Perfect Italian Lasagna: Creamy Béchamel Meets Rich Bolognese. • This classic lasagna recipe was shared with me by my friend from Italy. Lasagna is easy to make and it comes out Delizioso! It is moist and creamy! • Make and Enjoy! • 📝 INGREDIENTS: • Baking dish 22*32cm • • No-boil lasagna noodles - 8 pcs. (size 15*20cm) • • Mozzarella cheese - 500g (grated on a coarse grater) • • Parmesan - 100 - 150g • • Sauce Bolognese - Meat sauce: • Ground beef or mix - 1 kg • Onion - 1 pc. • Carrot - 1pc. • Tomato sauce - 1 liter • Olive oil - 2 tbsp. • Dried basil - 2 tsp. • Salt, pepper, garlic, mixed Italian herbs - to taste • • Bechamel Sauce - White Sauce: • Milk - 700 ml • Butter 82% - 70 gr • Wheat flour - 70 gr (3 tbsp.) • Nutmeg - 1/3tsp. • Salt, pepper - to taste • Bake at 350°F - 180°C for 45- 60 minutes • ✔ Subscribe to me: / @tasty_from_nastia • How to cook homemade lasagna in the oven? • First prepare the Bolognese sauce. • Onion cut into small cubes. Saute the onion in olive oil over medium heat. Grate the carrots on a fine grater and add to the onion. Fry together until golden. Put the mince into the pan. Break the minced meat into small pieces with a spatula. Salt and pepper minced meat, add dry herbs of Italian cuisine and dried basil. Pour in the tomato sauce, stir, cover the pan with a lid and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes. • Next, prepare the Bechamel sauce. • Put the milk on to heat. Melt the butter in a frying pan or heavy bottomed saucepan. Add flour and stir quickly to avoid lumps. Fry this mass for a minute. Then pour warm milk into the mass in parts and quickly mix with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper. Cook the sauce until thickened, stirring constantly. As soon as the first bubbles appear, remove from heat. To get rid of excess lumps, strain the sauce through a sieve and cover with cling film so that a film does not form. • Grate hard mozzarella on a coarse grater. Parmesan grate on a fine grater. • Before using lasagna sheets, read the instructions for use (they may need to be pre-boiled) My lasagna sheets are fresh, not dry. • Cooking Lasagna! • Spread some meat sauce on the bottom of the mold. Lay out the sheets overlapping. If they do not fit, then break off the edges or cut them off. Then spread a few tablespoons of Bolognese sauce over the entire surface. Top with bechamel sauce and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Then repeat the layers to the top of the form. I got 4 layers. Sprinkle the top of the Lasagna with plenty of grated parmesan. Insert toothpicks and cover with foil to prevent cheese from sticking to the foil. Put to bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees Celsius for about 45-60 minutes. The baking time depends on the height and size of the mold. • After baking, let stand for 10-15 minutes in the form and then you can serve.
