Dune: Spice Wars Atomics are this dune strategy games current answer to the fabled nuke - but they're a little different to say Humankind nukes, or the atomic weapons in Civilization 6 and civ 5. Dune Spice Wars nukes are an operation called Atomics - Dune fans will be familiar with the lore here. For strategy gamers though, let me deliver what you need to know! In this video I'll reflect on my recent Dune Spice Wars Atomics livestream where I played as House Harkonnen - the natural fit for atomics and your must pick. Backed up by a high intel production, solid and some unique agent speed generation multipliers, AND hopefully oppressed and stable villages earning you cash money and other resources to trade away with your impending and unsuspecting foes - likely House Atreides because theyre a governorship victory powerhouse in dune spice wars, and the Fremem, for their strong and unexpected strikes and high hegemony gains. I was wrong about Dune's nukes - they're great, you've just gotta plan well in advance to unlock them and have them still be useful, as enemy unit obliterators and village levelers, crippling enemy production and ruining their economy and defenses in the process.
