The Peppermint Trolley Company (Danny Faragher, Jimmy Faragher, Greg Tornquist, and Casey Cunningham) performing Trust , the follow-up to their hit Baby, You Come Rolling 'Cross My Mind • on Mannix episode. The song was written by Paul Williams and Roger Nichols, and the record produced by Dan Dalton. The band sings to the basic track without the string and horn arrangement. Actor Harry Dean Stanton makes an appearance. The scene was filmed in August of 1968 at Nashville West studio in L.A. The studio was later bought by Richard Perry and renamed Studio 55.
