A FAMOUS PHILIPPINES TATTOO VILLAGE IN THE MOUNTAINS... • It was such a beautiful experience walking down to Apo Whang Od’s home in Buscalan and witnessing her artistry. The sound of her tapping away on a pomelo thorn, and her joyful facial expressions… • Just beautiful. • My friend had his third traditional tattoo done. As for myself? I didn’t have one. But perhaps some day in the future, I will add to my current Philippines tattoo. I have been thinking about it. If so, I’d love to have something traditionally done. Perhaps on a future trip to Buscalan? I had the best experience here!
