We have been pleased with the American Bresse Chickens. We plan to breed the best birds and will cross with the Splash Bresse for genetic diversity. The birds will lay for some time before the best hens will be chosen for egg collection. We will be putting the Bresse hens in their own tractor shortly. Stay tuned for the building of the tractor.
