This song is deeply personal, written from a place of immense grief and longing after the loss of my beautiful Mamma to a glioblastoma. For five long years, I struggled to find my way back to some sense of normalcy, but there’s always a piece of me that’s missing without her here. She was my light, my strength, and not a day goes by that I don’t feel the weight of her absence. Sometimes, I still cry myself to sleep, aching for her presence, wishing I could hear her voice or feel her embrace just one more time. • This song captures that sorrow—the emptiness and the yearning that comes with losing someone so important. Writing the lyrics was a cathartic, emotional experience for me, and I used a platform called Suno to help create the music and vocals. Though Suno provided the melodies, the words are all mine, a reflection of the pain that I continue to carry. • I hope this song resonates with anyone who’s ever lost someone they love.
