When I was going through SSRI withdrawal and benzo withdrawal after quitting Paxil and Xanax, I found that there was too much confusion coming from “armchair quarterbacks” online and from doctors who didn’t care about the reality of what I was experiencing. Ultimately, I had to narrow my focus and believe in what I was doing and what was working for me. This allowed me to find progress rather than getting thrown off track.
