This is how I made my caneles! I used cupcake liners because the canele moulds didn’t arrive yet at that time. I think because of that, the upper surface became a bit burnt but the side is undercooked. Nevertheless, it’s still sooo good! • Note: Frezzed buttered moulds is,, before you bake the caneles, take the moulds/cupcake liners and spread some melted butter to the inside surface of the moulds/cupcake liners. Then turn it upside down and put in a tray. Put the tray inside the FREEZER for 10 minutes or till the butter hardens. Then take it out and fill the mould with the canele batter.
