Every year we come up with new seviyan recipes this time it's the perfect Zafrani Doodh Seviyan. #HappyCookingToYou #foodfusion #seviyanrecipe #sheerkhurma • Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3U5vSFE • Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com • Download iOS Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app • Facebook:   / foodfusionpk   • Instagram:   / foodfusionpk   • Twitter:   / foodfusionpk   • Also follow for healthy food kids' special recipes. • Healthy Fusion⭕    / @healthyfoodfusion   • Food Fusion Kids⭕    / @foodfusionkids   • 00:00 Zafrani Doodh Seviyan • 00:13 Prepare Saeviyan • 01:36 Aray waah • Serves 6-8 • Recipe in English: • Ingredients: • -Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs • -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2 • -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs • -Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs • -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs • -Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed 100g • -Doodh (Milk) 1 ½ litre • -Zafran (Saffron strands) ¼ tsp • -Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs • -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste • -Saffron essence ½ tsp • -Cream 4 tbs (optional) • -Pista (Pistachios) sliced • -Badam (Almonds) sliced • Directions: • -In a wok,add clarified butter let it melt. • -Add green cardamom,almonds,raisins,pistachios,mix well fry for a minute. • -Add vermicelli,mix well fry until it changes color (2-3 minutes). • -Add milk mix well,bring it to boil cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes. • -In a small bowl,add saffron strands,milk,mix well let it rest for 3-4 minutes. • -In wok,add sugar,dissolved saffron milk,saffron essence mix well. • -Turn off the flame,add cream mix well. • -Turn on the flame,mix well cook on low flame until it thickens (1-2 minutes). • -Take out in a serving dish let it cool. • -Garnish with pistachios,almonds serve chilled! • Recipe in Urdu: • Ajza: • -Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs • -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2 • -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs • -Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs • -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs • -Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed 100g • -Doodh (Milk) 1 ½ litre • -Zafran (Saffron strands) ¼ tsp • -Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs • -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste • -Saffron essence ½ tsp • -Cream 4 tbs (optional) • -Pista (Pistachios) sliced • -Badam (Almonds) sliced • Directions: • -Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein. • -Hari elaichi,badam,kishmish aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya fry ker lein. • -Sawaiyan dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix karein (2-3 minutes). • -Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein. • -Chotay bowl mein zafran aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur 3-4 minutes kliya chor dein. • -Karahi mein cheeni,dissolved saffron milk aur saffron essence dal ker ache tarhan mxi ker lein. • -Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. • -Chulha on karein,ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes). • -Serving dish mein nikal lein aur thanda ker lein. • -Pista aur badam dal ker thanda serve karein!
