MIMXRT1170EVK Debug Keyword Spotting

I've had several issues with this board trying to get the SDK example projects to work. This video captures the issues with the KWS sample project. • When I run the Out-of-Box Demo, the green LED comes on but does not change illumination based on the degree of tilt. • https://www.nxp.com/document/guide/ge... • When I run the multicore demo, the board would enter a boot-loop. • I contacted NXP (case number 00628622) and they guided me through replacing the default firmware of the on-board debugger with the JLink firmware. This resolved the boot-loop issue. • https://www.nxp.com/document/guide/ge... • When I run the CM7 Keyword Spotting (tflm_kws_cm7) project from the SDK examples, the program runs but the false positive rate is laughably high and all the confidence level are 99%. Something is fundamentally wrong. • When I run the Multi-core Keyword Spotting (tflm_multicore_cm4) project, I keep getting memory access errors like “Cannot access memory at address 0xdeadbef8”. • Note my college ordered nearly the same board and didn’t have any of these issues. His board was the MIMXRT1170-EVKB (73AK6183). These should operate the same. The EVKB simply has errata fixes. • In general, nothing is working exactly as it should. There appears to be something wrong with the board.
