Het 'breed' origineel vlokmiddel V-Floc*7 bindt stoffen in het spoelwater tot vlokken waarna er helder water en een laag slib ontstaat. Het heldere en herbruikbare water wordt afgetapt en het slib kan als droogmateriaal volgens voorschriften worden verwijderd. • Met de AS80 type K wordt spoelwater hergebruikt. Iedere keer reinigt u uw gereedschap of roller met gerecycled spoelwater. De besparing van water door dit unieke waterrecycling-systeem is aanzienlijk. De AS80 type A wordt rechtstreeks aangesloten op de waterleiding. • Met ingebouwde drukpomp (types K) heeft u altijd meer dan voldoende waterdruk om uw applicatiematerialen te reinigen. Het regelbare sproeipistool en de optionele Rotoclean verfrollenreiniger worden bediend met de pneumatische voetschakelaar welke de pomp aanstuurd. • Spoelwater van verven, lakken, lijmen en inkten wordt beoordeeld als chemisch afval. Met een Trivec Eco Solution spoelwaterinstallatie hoeft dit afvalwater niet meer duur te worden afgevoerd of schadelijk op het riool te worden geloosd. The 'wide' original flocculant V-Floc*7 binds substances in the flushing water to flakes after which clear water and a layer of sludge is formed. The clear and reusable water is drained off and the sludge can be removed as drying material according to regulations. • With the AS80 type K wastewater is reused.
