BRAZIL SAKE FESTIVAL 2022 • The first edition back in 2021 was online, while the current second edition was much bigger and with both online and presential events at Japan House São Paulo (JHSP) under the collaboration with JSS and Megasake.. • The movie is the second documentary under the series “Pathways of Sake” (the first one was produced during the first edition of Brazil Sake Festival back in 2021 and it is currently displayed in the YouTube channels of Mega Sake and JSS). • Chefs/owners and sommeliers from such 18 restaurants were the main characters, representing not only Japanese culinary, but also contemporary local cuisine. Recordings lasted for several weeks and took place in 17 different locations in the city of São Paulo.
