Marinate chicken with above ingredients for 30 mins. Stir fry on high flame for 3 mins. • Veggies of your choice • 1 Small Onion • 50g Capsicum • 50g Cabbage • 2 Mushrooms • 50g Brocolli • 50g Zucchini • 150g Hakka Noodles • For Sauce: • 1/2tbsp Dark Soya Sauce • 1/2tbsp Vinegar • 1/2tbsp Sugar • 1/2tbsp Hoisin Sauce • 1tsp Chilli Flakes • 1tsp Smoked Paprika • 1tsp Chicken Powder • 1/4 Cup Water • Mix above ingredients to prepare chowmein sauce • Other ingredients: • 5 Dried Red Chillies • 1tbsp Garlic • 1tsp Ginger • 1tsp Salt • 1tsp Black Pepper • 3 Spring onion Greens • 2 - 3 tbsp Crushed Peanuts • Method: • 1. Boil the noodles as per packet instructions. • 2. Heat oil in a wok. Add dried red chillies, garlic and ginger. Stir fry on high heat for 30 secs. • 3. Add veggies, salt amd pepper. Stir fry for 3 - 4 mins on high heat. • 4. Add boiled noodles, chicken, prepared sauce. Mix well on high heat for 3 mins. Turn off flame. • 5.
