How to Work with Kohlrabi

The Chopping Block's Owner/Chef Shelley Young demonstrates how to work with kohlrabi. • To saute, peel and slice the kohlrabi. Heat a saute pan over medium heat, add two tablespoons of butter the kohlrabi. Cook 7-10 minutes until cooked through and caramelized on the outside.
