One Matt showed me the software, and I was so excited to see it because the company that I was working for didn't teach us about things like how to do Roofing estimates they just wanted us to go through the insurance company. The problem with that is so many homeowners want Quotes no matter how hard you try to explain to them that it's not about the quote it's about the scope of work that the insurance company is willing to pay no matter what most of them won't listen. • So the joist app has been part of my life ever since, and to me, it's the simplest way to be able to do Roofing estimates. Especially when you're running a whole lot of leads, this is what everyone says to me, I want an estimate or give me a quote. It is the most aggravating part of my job, but the joist app helps. Sometimes you can tell that the customer is just shopping price looking for the bottom of the line price.
