I remember secretly wishing to play with an orchestra while listening to a recording of it in the car heading to the east sea on a family vacation in Korea. Beautiful mountains framing green fields with gently rolling fog outside my window perfectly matched this heart-warming music. • When conductor Choe asked me to play this piece as a soloist 3 months before the concert, my memory slipped back to the younger me in that car falling in love with this music. • It was a wonderful experience for me to perform this piece with an orchestra. • I hope this music brings you some warmth and nostalgia today! 💝
