The Most Dangerous Road in Europe Ushguli to Kutaisi

Today we embark on a journey on arguably the most dangerous road in all of Europe. The road from Ushguli Georgia high within the Caucus Mountains to Kutaisi and then on to Tbilisi Georgia. • I didn't realize at the time but you actually need special permission to drive on these roads, special permission which I did not have, oops! Luckily right after myself and a few German guys got stuck in the mud I came across a Dutch tour group in serious offroad vehicles with local Georgian drivers. • My Toyota Highlander was really put up to the test today navigating the snow and ice of the mountains even though it was already mid June!
