Impress your friends and family with this elegant, show stopper pavlova dessert! • PAVLOVA DESSERT • Pavlova • Ingredients:- • 4 egg whites • Pinch of salt • 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar • 1 cup Castor Sugar • Add 1 tsp vanilla essence • Add 1 1/2 tsp Cornflour • Whipped Cream • Ingredients:- • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream • 3 Tbsp Icing sugar • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence • Fruit of choice • NB. Preheat oven at 150c. Reduce to 110c when baking the Pavlova for 1 hour.
