Easy RICOTTA AND SPINACH SAVORY PIE ready in just a few minutes

INGREDIENTS • 1 roll of puff pastry • Olive oil • 1 clove of garlic • 550g of spinach • 360g (1 1/2 cups) of ricotta • 1 egg • 110g (1 1/4 cups) of parmesan • Nutmeg • Salt • • Egg yolk for brushing • • METHOD • 1. Wash the spinach and clean it by removing the stalks. Add the olive oil and a clove of garlic to a pan, and cook for about ten minutes on low heat. Once cooked, squeeze the spinach well to remove excess water and chop finely. • 2. mix the ricotta, chopped spinach, parmesan, nutmeg, an egg, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. • 3. Cover a mold with the puff pastry and pour the filling inside. Level well, and fold the edges creating a ripple so that the edge of the cake. • 4.
