Despite the growing number of male caregivers in the world, in many households the effort of caregiving still falls heavily on women. To correct this imbalance where it exists, we can look for ways to approach work more equitably. Think about dividing caregiving efforts into a list of tasks. Then, find ways to divide those tasks up between family members and friends. It could be based on skill or personality. Find the best person for the job.
