The Red Ryder Carbine by Daisy is a classic! I had one of these when I was much younger and I'd still say it's a great toy gun for the price. This BB gun is very straight forward to use and easy for children to grasp the concepts behind. The standard sight works fine out of the box and the rifle is fairly easy to refill. The lever is somewhat stiff but this helps remind the kids to check in between shots. • The only real flaws with this BB rifle would be that it tends to fail to place a BB into the barrel when cocking the lever and that lever was WAY smoother on the model I had over 20 years ago. Aside from that this unit seems to be well built for it's price and seems to me to be a good value. Ideal for shooting pop cans, paper targets snowmen.
