GoldenEye (1995) • Xenia Onatopp (Famke Janssen) • Review of the iconic henchwoman in Pierce Brosnan's debut movie as James Bond. The summary covers Xenia's introductory scenes which include a Ferrari race with 007 and a more formal meeting in a Monte Carlo casino, her sexual assassination of an admiral, the ruthless murders of two French sailors plus a whole room of civilians in Russia, and various encounters with Bond including the final fight in Cuba. • Also includes discussion of Timothy Dalton's two Bond movies: The Living Daylights (1987) - which featured female sniper Kara Milovy (Maryam D'Abo) who ultimately turned out to be innocent - and Licence to Kill (1989) which had a tough leading lady in Pam Bouvier (Carey Lowell) and a minor female ninja antagonist. • Discussion of Tomorrow Never Dies (1997), the only Brosnan movie not to have a female villain (but compensated somewhat by Michelle Yeoh as female lead Wai Lin).
