Singing the Voices in a Bach Fugue 🎶

I'm no singer, but as a classical pianist, singing the voices is essential when practicing the music of J.S. Bach! Here I am singing each of the 4 voices in Fugue No. 9 in E-major (BWV 878) from Book 2 of The Well-Tempered Clavier (1744). I'm sorry if this is disruptive to the music, but this is real practice footage and it's what feels comfortable for me. Also, when I practice this way, I'm focused on hearing the voices and so sometimes I linger a bit. It helps me to internalize each part. • -My apologies for missing a note in the Tenor at m. 23, as well, for momentarily singing eighth notes in the Bass at m. 17, and for momentarily singing the Alto in m. 38 when I meant to be singing the Tenor. • -Finally...I noticed afterwards that the Breitkopf Härtel edition which I put on the screen for you - and which is different from the Henle edition from which I'm reading - has a tied note in the Bass at measure 12.
