She gets a lesson in this long-standing art form from the clown paint expert at the Peru Amateur Circus. • Step 1: Apply the Clown White base. • Step 2: Powder the areas. • Step 3: Add color to the eyes, mouth and cheeks • Step 4: Powder again. • Step 5: Add your extra touches like liner and mascara. • Step 6: Wet pat the powdered areas with a damp cloth. • Step 7: Add glitter and a nose. • There is only one rule for clown makeup...never steal a clown’s face!
