City of Los Angeles employees are NOT allowed to have non-employees in the vehicles. This Recreation and Parks employee, driving truck #25123, gave someone a ride who works at El Pollo Loco on Crenshaw Blvd. and 29th St. This was Sunday 5/29/2011 at 7:27AM. I wonder if he put in for overtime. • No wonder the City is broke!
