MUKTINATH TEMPLE:- • Muktinath Temple is a sacred site located in the Mustang district of Nepal, at an altitude of about 3,710 meters (12,172 feet) on the slopes of the Annapurna mountain range. It holds great significance for both Hindus and Buddhists. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu (called Muktinath in this form, meaning the god of salvation or liberation ) and is one of the 108 Divya Desams (holy temples of Vishnu) in Hinduism. For Buddhists, it is a place of spiritual importance because they believe Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava) meditated here on his way to Tibet. • The temple's unique feature is the presence of 108 water spouts in the shape of bull heads through which icy cold water flows continuously. Pilgrims bathe under these spouts as a ritual for purification. There is also an eternal flame fueled by natural gas near the temple, which adds to its mystical significance. • Muktinath is part of the famous Annapurna Circuit trek, and many pilgrims and trekkers visit the temple for both spiritual and scenic experiences. The journey to Muktinath can be challenging due to its high altitude, but it offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas. • • MARPHA VILLAGE :- • Marpha is a picturesque village located in the Mustang District of Nepal, nestled along the famous Annapurna Circuit trekking route.
