Turkish flatbread pide, widely served with traditional kebabs and dishes Tırnak Pide The name comes from the shape as we shape it with our fingers. • I am going to show you two ways to do it. I will make one with wheat bran or whole wheat flour for a richer taste and bake it in the oven.
