New from Humminbird for 2017 is their MEGA Imaging products available on the SOLIX and Helix SI models. MEGA stands for Megahertz (MHz). Sonar frequency is usually measured in kilohertz (kHz) but now that Humminbird is using a frequency of over 1000 kHz they have entered the MHz range (1000kHz = 1MHz).
