Sometimes you have to be resourceful and use your own skills to further your business efforts. In this video we demonstrate how we make the traditional J Feeders often seen being used in many rabbitries. We chose to make them because getting them to purchase in Jamaica is not very easy. They are typically not readily available/widely sold or they are not very cost effective for us to purchase. Either way this challenge has forced us to do things differently because we need feeders to cater to our growing stock. So after many trials we've come up with a design that works, that is easily adaptable to varying sizes and we've developed a process that is easily repeatable once we have all the tools. They do take a bit of time to make but the effort has been worth it.
