Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how To make some delicious tostadas de picadillo, seriously so delicious, this is one of my family’s favorite type of tostadas they just so simple yet they hit the spot every time, of course you can always enjoy it by itself or with a side of rice and beans☺️💕keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, you can always adjust it to your taste, I really hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family do, and as always if you do please don’t forget to give me a big thumbs up, comment down below your thoughts and if you new to my channel please hit that subscribe buttons so you can be part of our family!!!!!! 😘 • 🛑 Pots are from calphalon • -I’m using the vitamix a3500 • Check out my caldo de picadillo👉🏽    • How to Make CALDO DE PICADILLO (SOUP)   • Ingredients: • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef Im using 97/3 • 1 cup Oil • Corn tortillas • 2 small potatoes • 1 cup carrots • 1 cup peas • 4 Roma tomatoes • 1/2 white onion • 2 garlic cloves • 2-3 chile chipotles • 1 jalapeño • 1/4 cup tomato paste • Handful of cilantro • 1 beef bouillon • 1 tbsp chile powder, I used New Mexico • 1/2 tsp thyme • 1/2 tsp oregano • 1/2 tsp black pepper • 1/2 tsp ground cumin • Salt • Toppings: • Finely shredded cabbage • Queso fresco • Crema mexicana • Green onions • Salsa to spice it up ☺️ • 1 serving of love 💕 • Want to see more of me and my family?
