Recept: • Lisnato tijesto i Krema: • 1l mljeka • 5 jaja • 150g brasna • 180g secera • 1 vanilin secer • 1 slag (slatko vrhnje) • Priprema: • Lisnato tijesto ispeci • 750ml mljeka staviti kuhat, a 250ml umjesaj zumanjke, brasno, 100g secera i izmiksaj. • Kad mljeko zavrije polako sipaj smjesu i lagano kuhaj oko 15min. • Bjelanjke izmuti u cvrsti snjeg i dodaj 80g secera i vanilin secer. Kad je snjeg cvrst umjesaj ga u vrucu kremu. Kremu istresi na lisnato tijesto. Slatko vrhnje i secer istuci i namazi na ohladenu kremu. • Glazura: 125g maslaca i 100g cokolade za kuhanje sve lagano otopiti i malo ohladiti ,i izliti sve na slag. • Kad se ohladi kolac je spreman za rezanje • • Recepie • Puff Pastry and Cream: • 1l of milk • 5 eggs • 150g flour • 180g of sugar • 1 vanilla sugar • 1 whipped cream (sweet cream) • Preparation: • Bake the puff pastry • Put 750ml of milk to boil, and 250ml mix egg yolks, flour, 100g of sugar and mix. • When the milk boils, slowly pour the mixture and cook gently for about 15 minutes. • Whisk the egg whites in solid snow and add 80g of sugar and vanilla sugar. When the snow is solid, mix it into the hot cream. Pour the cream over the puff pastry. Whip the sweet cream and sugar and spread on the cooled cream. • Glaze: 125g butter and 100g cooking chocolate all lightly melt and cool a bit, and pour everything on the icing. • When cool the stake is ready for cutting • • #kolac #krempita #cake
