Combine. • Equipment • Spice grinder • Medium bowl • Step 2: Make Masa • Ingredients • 1 ½ cups Masa Harina • 2 cups warm Water • 1 cup Flour • 2 tsp Salt • • 1) Combine masa, flour and salt. Slowly stream in the warm water. • 2) Rest for 30 minutes. • 3) Take a tablespoon of the dough and squish it out between plastic with a plate until it's in a general round shape. • 4) Roll around a skewer. • 5) Deep fry at 375 until crisp. • Equipment • Large bowl • Plastic wrap • Plate • Skewers • Sheet pan with wire rack • Step 3: Make Masa • Ingredients • Finished taki powder • Finished takis • Pam • 1) Spray the takis with pam. • 2) Toss and coat in the powder. • 3) EAT EM.
