Generating the user list establishes a baseline for later comparison, but more importantly allows you to verify your connect to Azure Active Directory. • User creation begins with the creation of a PasswordProfile for the new user. We then review the required parameters to create a new user, and assemble those parameters using splatting. These pieces are assembled to all the creation of a user with the New-AzureADUser cmdlet.
