It is a hx coffee machine with pressurestat, vibrating pump coffee machine made in Milan Italy. Rocket engineers optimised the chassis and layout of the internal components without compromising on the quality and features you expect from Rocket Espresso. We figured you would want to know a little more about the Rocket Espresso Giotto so here we go... • The Rocket Appartamento is based on the early model Giotto has become an iconic home espresso machine since the 1990's where Ennio Berti had a strong belief that the world is ready for a coffee revolution. The main difference being the Appartamento is smaller and uses slightly simpler technology, such as a pressurestat rather than a PID. One gauge instead of two, simpler body panelling, etc. So it's basically a detuned Giotto. Starting at the very end of the process, by creating the perfect espresso, the engineers work in reverse to create the ultimate espresso machine.
