I'm so ridiculously happy for him! Congratulations Shimono-san! It's a well-deserved award. I really was not expecting such great news when I woke up today. You guys don’t know how big of a deal this is. Kamiya Hiroshi has won the MVS every. single. time. Until today that is! People call it the Kamiya Hiroshi award as a joke and in some years it was even removed because only he would win it. To think Shimonnu would win it as his first ever seiyuu award! Gah, I'm so happy. I got a bit excited and rushed to sub this so there are some lines I kind of half-assed sorry.
