Our first video breaking down technique on the Concept2 SkiErg! • Here we cover two of the positions you need to know as you are learning how to use the SkiErg compared to the rowing erg. • If you've watched our video on the 4 basic positions when it comes to rowing, you will find some similarities. • For example, the two positions we cover here include the pole push phase and the recovery phase.
