S.O.S. is short for Sh*t on a Shingle. With a name like that it doesn't sound like it would be much fun to eat, but this is one tasty morsel. • Every now and again Bret submits his supper request for S.O.S. and I cook him some up with homemade hash browns and scrambled eggs on the side. It's a good thing that it's easy on the digestive system because sometimes we don't eat supper until 9:00 at night. • Our kids love it too.
