Dr. Aaron White, Ph.D., discusses how the natural unfolding of adolescent brain development relates to substance use and how substance use relates to the development of behavior. Dr. White is the Senior Scientific Advisor to the Director at the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA).
