After eight years of legal wrangling and delays, the trial is underway of former Tampa Police Department captain Curtis Reeves in the Wesley Chapel movie theater shooting of Chad Oulson. • Tuesday morning, a video expert took the stand, and the jury was shown hours of an enhanced version of the surveillance video from the theater.
