Replicon TimeBill for Salesforce centralizes project management and enables real-time visibility and control over projects. Replicon allows you to log hours, cost, and billing information towards projects and tasks and optimizes profitability with detailed views of delivery, cash flow, resource utilization, future capacity, rates, and more. • Replicon’s integration with Salesforce accurately tracks your time towards projects, tasks, and more. Replicon has timesheets that are configurable with the desktop platform and mobile app to track time towards every aspect of the project. Using the data from timesheets, Replicon allows us to view project info in real-time and also keeps track of all billable hours. These hours can be synced with any part of the ecosystem or a bill right from the platform itself. Replicon supports flexible invoices that can be configured to meet the organization's needs. To integrate, first click on ‘Get It Now' in the app exchange, confirm details, then select what accounts can have access to the app, and then installation will begin. Once the permissions have been granted, parameters can be decided for which opportunities can be created on Replicon. Replicon allows turning Salesforce opportunities into projects in Replicon. An instance can be created with different personas and allowed to enter time, approve hours, and configure the system. The Projects tab shows all of the ongoing projects within the organization.
