In this video you’re going to train how to improve your eyesight if you have myopia or nearsighted, peripheral improvement is very essential steps in natural eyesight journey. • Steps • Just make sure to look at the center only while reading the numbers around it • Move your eyes and not your head while reading. • Maintain clarity of the numbers. • Level • increase video speed if it becomes easy. • 1. if you are nearsighted or you have myopia I suggest to focus on the the red ball and to consistently follow what the number is showing you using your peripheral vision. • 2. if you have lazy eye or you have different eye prescription , for example one eye has a higher prescription or weaker from the other eye.
