Piriformis syndrome describes the situation when one of the external rotators of the hip actually compresses one or more of the nerves that form the larger sciatic nerve. • Because everyone's body is different in subtle ways, we have found it necessary to create many piriformis exercises; you can be sure that we have a version will suit you.
