I decided to delve deeper into a concept that is often mentioned but rarely explained: Clear Line. • Clear line-style was pioneered in Belgium before World War 2. It is still the best known - and usually only - comic book art style from Europe. It has since spread all over the world and is used by many known contemporary comics creators.
