Very clean Indian Scout on display • The Indian Scout model ran in production from 1932 to 1942, with both 600cc and 750cc engines paired with a 3-speed transmission. This one in particular was owned by Steve McQueen. McQueen purchased the bike in 1975 from Bob Stark, a noted Indian collector. When registering the motorcycle at the DMV, the clerk who did not recognize the actor, misspelled his name with the registration saying Steve McQuenn .
